The micro-R3000 Controller is a radiation hardened single chip processor optimized for embedded control applications. The device contains all the functions normally needed for microcontroller type applications. The device can operate at variable clock rates and is ideal for very low power applications. The micro-R3000 can be customized by the addition of customer selected logic functions.
